1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Atumo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Atumo provides businesses with services for visibility in AI answers and for work automation with AI, including:

• Checks, improvement and measurement of visibility in AI answers
• Review of work processes suitable for automation
• Custom automation design and implementation
• Free 2-week automation trials (subject to availability)
• Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Free Trial

Our free 2-week automation trial is offered at our discretion and subject to availability. The trial covers one work process. Continuing after the trial requires a separate agreement. There is no obligation to continue after the trial.

4. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business processes
• Grant necessary access to systems and data required for automation development
• Designate a point of contact for communication
• Review and test automations within agreed timelines
• Comply with applicable laws regarding data shared with us

5. Intellectual Property

Custom automations built for your business are owned by you upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our intellectual property. Website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Atumo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atumo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Data Processing

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data processing agreements. We process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable EU data protection laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all client data and documentation related to the automations built. Access to our support and maintenance services will cease at the end of the notice period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Atumo is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
